The dash cam is equipped with a built-in battery, which only provides power to finish and store videos when the dash cam is off, and as well for parking surveillance. Do not use the dash cam if it is not connected to a power supply.

If the dash cam is not used for a long period of time, the battery may be depleted. After being connected to a power supply, the dash cam can function normally. However, the system time may have been reset to factory settings. You can manually set the system time after turning on the dash cam.

When the battery level is low, the dash cam cannot be turned on if not connecting to a power supply. Please connect the power supply, then turn on and use the dash cam.

Do not attempt to disassemble the built-in battery by yourself.
