No image on the backup camera | 1. Please identify whether the backup camera is inserted into the AV/IN port of the 70mai in-car product correctly and press it to the bottom. 2. Please identify whether the screen with current image is front-recorded for the main device. If so, switch to the rear-recorded screen manually in order to see the image from the backup camera. 3. If there is still no image while the above operations are correct, please contact the after-sales customer service. |
The screen with backup image is blurred | 1. Please identify whether the protective film is removed from the backup camera. If not, please tear off the protective film and continue the use. 2. In rainy days or winter, the water vapor on the backup camera may make the screen with backup image unclear. Please wipe off the water vapor on the backup camera with a paper towel. |
