The watch and phone can’t be reconnected

To connect the watch in the Maimo Fit app, you need to make sure the phone can connect to the network and the phone’s Bluetooth is turned on.
If the above settings are normal but you still can’t connect to the watch, please try the followings:

  1. Turn your phone Bluetooth off and then on again.
  2. Restart the watch in Settings > System.
  3. After the watch restarts, try to connect to the watch again in the Maimo Fit app.

If you’ve performed the above operations and still can’t connect to the watch, please try the following:

  1. Unpair the watch in the Maimo Fit app.
  2. Reset the device to restore factory settings.
  3. Clear the device Bluetooth information in your phone’s Bluetooth list.
  4. Turn your phone’s Bluetooth off and on again.
  5. Open the Maimo Fit app and add the device again.
