In your phone’s Bluetooth settings, find the watch’s Bluetooth address and clear the pairing information.

Different brands of mobile phones may have slightly different software interface layouts. The following uses a Xiaomi mobile phone as an example:

1. Open the phone settings and tap Bluetooth.
2. Find the watch’s Bluetooth name in Paired devices.
3. Tap the icon > on the right side of the device name to enter the device detail page, and then select Cancel pairing.
