Solutions for iOS users

If you don’t receive notifications on your watch, try the following:

1. Choose which apps can send notifications in Settings on your phone.

To send notifications to your device, apps need your permission.

(1). Open Settings and tap Notifications;
(2). Choose which apps (e.g., Phone, WeChat) can send notifications and turn on Allow Notifications.


2. Change notification method in Settings on your phone.

Go to Settings on your phone, tap Notifications > Show Previews, and select Always or When Unlocked.


3. Turn on Share System Notifications in Bluetooth. 

After the device is connected, turn on Share System Notifications.

(1). Go to Settings > Bluetooth on your phone and find your device;

(2). Tap the info button next to your device and turn on Share System Notifications (if you don’t see the Share System Notifications option, then no further setting is required).


4. Turn on Notifications on Maimo Fit app.

(1). Open the Maimo Fit app and tap Device, tap the watch name to enter the device detail page.

(2). Tap Notifications and authorize the notification permission.

(3). Choose and allow apps that could read notifications.
