Found the watch, but connection is failed

Reason 1: Abnormal network connection.

Solution: Check your phone’s network connection. If it’s disrupted, connect to the Wi-Fi again. If the problem persists with a normal Wi-Fi connection, try mobile data.

Reason 2: Abnormal Bluetooth connection between your phone and watch.

Solution: Turn your phone’s Bluetooth off and on again and tap “Try again” to continue with the pairing process.

If the steps above don’t work, try the following:

  1. Factory reset your device.
  2. Clear the pairing information in your phone Bluetooth settingsĀ  (skip this step if your device doesn’t appear on the list).
  3. Turn your phone’s Bluetooth off and on again.
  4. Add your device again in Maimo Fit app.
