Found the watch, but connection is failed
Reason 1: Abnormal network connection.
Solution: Check your phone’s network connection. If it’s disrupted, connect to the Wi-Fi again. If the problem persists with a normal Wi-Fi connection, try mobile data.
Reason 2: Abnormal Bluetooth connection between your phone and watch.
Solution: Turn your phone’s Bluetooth off and on again and tap “Try again” to continue with the pairing process.
If the steps above don’t work, try the following:
- Factory reset your device.
- Clear the pairing information in your phone Bluetooth settingsĀ (skip this step if your device doesn’t appear on the list).
- Turn your phone’s Bluetooth off and on again.
- Add your device again in Maimo Fit app.
