Couldn’t pair during the connection

Reason: The chance to tap Pair slips while your phone and device show the same pairing code; or Cancel is touched by mistake.

Solution: Tap Try again on the pairing failure page and tap Pair when the same pairing code appears.

Note: During the pairing, your phone receives a pairing request. If the pairing request doesn’t pop-up,  check the in Notification in your phone.

If the steps above don’t work, try the following:

  1. Factory reset your device.
  2. Clear the pairing information in your phone Bluetooth settings (skip this step if your device doesn’t appear on the list).
  3. Turn your phone’s Bluetooth off and on again.
  4. Add your device again in Maimo Fit app.
