Workouts
Tap the icon to open Workouts, scroll down to view all the workouts. Select a workout and tap “GO” to start the workout.
Notes:
- Outdoor running, walking, and climbing need to wait for the GPS satellite finder to finish in an open area before beginning the workout, otherwise it will affect the accuracy of the app route data.
- When swimming in a pool or in open water outdoors, the screen is automatically locked to prevent the it from being touched by mistake.
Set workout targets
Select a workout, swipe left on the screen to set workout targets, including time, distance and calories.
Swipe right of the screen to set interval reminders. Once set, during the workout, when you reach the set time or distance interval goals, the watch will vibrate.
You can also set Session training for some workouts. Once set, the watch will switch between workout and break status automatically.
Pause/Resume workout
- During the workout, press the upper button to pause the workout; press again to resume the workout.
- During the workout, swipe right on the screen, and then tap the corresponding icons to pause/resume the workout.
End workout
If you set workout targets, when the targets are achieved, the workout interface will pause. Tap the corresponding icons to resume or end workout.
You can also press and hold the upper botton to end workout.
View workout data
During your workout, press the lower button, or swipe the screen up or down to switch the workout data interface.
Note: If the workout distance or time is too short, the results of the workout won’t be recorded.
