Workout history

View workout history

After each workout, tap  in the app list and open workout history to view detailed workout data, including the workout time, calories consumed, heart rate, etc.

One week of workout data can be saved on the watch. After one week, data will be deleted on a rolling basis. You can view all workout data on the Maimo Fit app.

Data types

All workout history data includes workout date, time, distance, calories, steps, pace, speed, heart rate, pace curve, speed curve, heart rate curve, heart rate ratio, cadence curve, stride length, training effect, maximum oxygen uptake, energy consumption, workout recovery time, etc.

Effective workouts

Your workout needs to meet the minimum criteria for logging.

  • Indoor running, indoor cycling and free training will save the data to your workout history after 3 minutes.
  • Outdoor running, outdoor walking, outdoor cycling, open water swimming, climbing, trail running, and workout distances exceeding 100 meters are counted as valid data and saved in your workout history.
  • Pool swimming counts lane distance as valid data and saves it in your workout history.
