Heart rate

Continuous heart rate monitoring

The watch has a built-in heart rate sensor, and continuous heart rate measurement is turned on by default; it can continuously monitor your heart rate 24 hours a day.

After putting on the watch, tap in the app list and open Heart rate, or swipe to the Heart Rate widget on the watch homepage to view your current heart rate in real time.

Resting heart rate

Resting heart rate refers to the heart rate value measured in a quiet, inactive, non-sleeping state, and it can characterize the health of your heart. The best time to measure your resting heart rate is when you are awaken naturally in the morning. Because the automatic watch measurements may not be at the best time, it may cause your resting heart rate value to be temporarily not displayed or the test value to deviate from the actual value.

Open Heart rate and you can view your daily resting heart rate as well as your average resting heart rate for the last 30 days; you can view more heart rate information in the Maimo Fit app.

Single workout heart rate

The watch supports real-time heart rate display during a single workout:

  • After the workout starts, you can view your heart rate on the workout data interface.
  • After the workout is complete, you can view the average heart rate, maximum heart rate, minimum heart rate, and heart rate durations during the workout in the workout history.
  • In the Maimo Fit app, you can check all historical heart rate information, including average heart rate, resting heart rate, etc.

Single heart rate measurement

After turning off continuous heart rate monitoring, you can start single heart rate measurement.

  1. Wear the watch comfortably in a stationary position.
  2. Open Heart rate in the app list or swipe to the heart rate widget on the watch homepage and tap Measure.

Note: A single measurement only targets your body’s current heart rate.
