Sleep monitoring

After wearing the watch normally at night and falling asleep, the watch can monitor your heart rate through a built-in sensor to judge your sleep state. The main period for night sleep is from 21:00 to 9:00; if your falling asleep or waking up is outside this time, your continuous sleep is also counted as night sleep. Your night sleep score is related to your energy, and the higher your sleep quality score, the more energy you’ll recover.

Sleep data types

Sleep data types include night sleep score, night sleep duration, sleep quality evaluation, and related recommendations.

Viewing past sleep

  • On the watch homepage, swipe to the sleep widget to view your sleep score and quality of sleep for last night.
  • Tap  in the app list to open Sleep and you can view sleep data for the current day.
  • In the homepage of the Maimo Fit app, tap Sleep to view historical sleep data, including day, week, month, and year. You can also view the daily sleep time period, the proportion of deep sleep, light sleep, REM sleep, awake sleep, and ratio of wakefulness to sleep, as well as detailed sleep states at various time points.

Daytime sleep

Daytime sleep can restore energy, but it will not affect night sleep scores. Daytime sleep can also be viewed in the Sleep app.

Notes:

  • Sleep data monitoring requires wearing the watch when you fall asleep, and continuous heart rate monitoring must be on.
  • The watch only retains sleep data for last night.
