Breathing exercise

Breathing exercise will help you to adjust heart rate, relief stress and relax yourself. Often making breathing exercise is good for health.

Start breathing exercise

  1. Tap icon  in the app list to open Breathing.
  2. Select suitable time and speed for yourself.
  3. Tap Start. Keep your body still and inhale and exhale following the animation on the watch screen.
  4. When the exercise ends, the current heart rate and the one before the exercise will display on the screen.

You can press the upper button of the watch to stop the breathing exercise.
