Video settings

  • Emergency video: Allows you to adjust the dash cam’s sensitivity level for recording emergency videos. The higher the sensitivity, the easier it is to trigger a video recording. If this function is disabled, the dash cam will not record emergency videos.
  • Parking surveillance: Allows you to adjust the dash cam’s sensitivity level for recording parking surveillance videos. The higher the sensitivity, the easier it is to trigger a video recording. If this function is disabled, the dash cam will not record parking surveillance videos.
  • Recording duration: Allows you to adjust the recording length (1 minute by default) for normal videos.
  • Video storage: Allows you to select the appropriate video compression ratio.
  • Video resolution: Allows you to select the appropriate video resolution.
  • Resistance to blink: Allows you to select appropriate TV standards. If the preview screen on the dash cam blinks when recording videos, this may result from different TV standards using between the device and your region. You can adjust accordingly.
  • HDR: When enabled,  it will improve the image clarity.
  • Speed/latitude: When enabled, the recorded videos will have speed and latitude information on the bottom of the screen.

System settings

  • System time: Allows you to set system time manually. The set time can only be valid when the automatically calibration time option is disabled.
  • Automatic calibration time: When enabled, every time the dash cam is turned on, it will automatically calibrate time once the the positioning information is obtained.
  • Device time zones: You can set to your local time zone in the beginner’s guide or in Settings. When the automatic calibration time is enabled, the dash cam will calibrate time based on the set time zone.
