1. How to enter the albums?

When the dash cam is connected with the phone, in the dash cam’s homepage, tap the icon   to enter the albums.

2. How to view videos in the albums?

In the albums, tap a certain video directory to enter the video list, tap the video to replay.

You can also delete or download the video.

3. How to delete videos in batches?

Enter a certain video directory and in the video list, tap the icon “” on the right corner. Select the videos and then delete.

4. Why some videos can’t be found in the albums?

All types of videos use loop recording. This means that when the storage space for a given type of video has been used up and a new video of the same type is recorded, the oldest video will be automatically deleted and replaced by the new one.

To ensure that important videos are not erased, you should therefore immediately export them to your phone, computer, or another device.

5. Can I lock some videos so that they can’t be replaced?

Currently the dash cam doesn’t support locking certain videos.

It is recommended to export important videos timely to prevent them from being replaced.
