Couldn’t update the watch

You may be unable to update the watch due to one of the following reasons:

  • The update package download doesn’t complete. During the download, make sure your phone is connected to the network.
  • The app is unable to push the update package to the watch. During the pushing, make sure your phone and the watch is connected.
  • The watch’s battery is low and the update doesn’t complete. Charge the watch and try again.

You can still use the watch if the update is failed.

You can try to update again when the watch is well-charged and the update package is downloaded.
