1. What is the parking surveillance function?
When the parking surveillance function is enabled, the dash cam will enter the parking surveillance mode after the car engine is turned off. In the event of a collision when the vehicle is being parked, the dash cam automatically records a video and saves it to the album. The device will remind you to view the video on next time startup.
2. How to enable the parking surveillance function?
The parking surveillance function can be enabled only after the parking surveillance cable is installed.
When the dash cam is connected to the app, go to dash cam settings and select Parking surveillance, and then select desired sensitivity to enable this function.
3. How to enter the parking surveillance mode?
Please install the parking surveillance cable and enable the parking surveillance function beforehand.
After that, when the car engine stops, the dash cam will enter parking surveillance mode when the it detects the ACC OFF signal on the the parking surveillance cable.
4. How to view the parking surveillance videos?
In the dash cam homepage, tap Albums.
Timeline: The parking surveillance videos are the yellow zone in the timeline bar. Drag the timeline to the yellow zone, the video will replay automatically once the buffer is completed.
Categories: The parking surveillance videos are saved in the Parking folder. Open the folder and select the video to replay.
Note: All the videos use loop recording. This means that when the storage space for a given type of video has been used up and a new video of the same type is recorded, the oldest video will be automatically deleted and replaced by the new one. To ensure that important videos are not erased, you should therefore immediately export them to your phone, computer, or another device.
