1. How to record an emergency video?

• When the dash cam is turned on, it will record an emergency video automatically when it detects any collisions.
• Press the function button below the icon  to record emergency video.

The process of recording an emergency video can’t be interrupted. When the emergency video recording is completed, the dash cam automatically enters the normal video recording mode.

2. How to change the sensitivity of emergency video recording?

Press the function button below the  icon to enter Settings, select Video  settings > Emergency video and then select the desired sensitivity.

3. How to view an emergency video?

Press the function button below the icon  to enter album, select Emergency video to view the videos.

4. Why are the emergency videos lost?

If you always accelerate or decelerate rapidly when driving, or you drive on complicate roads (the roads are uneven or full with bumps or obstacles), you may brake or swerve sharply often. If a high sensitivity is set, it’s likely to generate many emergency videos, thus the earliest emergency videos get covered due to the loop recording mechanism.
In such case, it’s recommended to set a low sensitivity.
