Could’t connect to the app
If your watch couldn’t connect to the Maimo Fit app, check the followings:
- Check if the Maimo Fit app is running in the background. If it is not, refer to Background activity permission to grant the permission.
- Check if your phone’s network is normal.
- Check if your phone’s Bluetooth is turned on.
If the app keeps running in the background, the network is normal and the Bluetooth is turned on, yet the watch still could’t connect to the app, try the followings:
- Factory reset your watch.
- Open the Maimo Fit app and unpair the watch.
- Clear the pairing information in your phone Bluetooth settings(If there is no pairing information on Bluetooth and device in the Bluetooth list, skip this step).
- Turn off the Bluetooth in the phone’s system, and then turn it on again.
- Open the Maimo Fit app and add the device again.
