Power Station Troubleshooting Manual
1. Fault Code Description
If a fault occurs when the power station is in use, the corresponding fault code will be displayed on the intelligent screen. Common fault codes include E01, E02, E03, among others. When a fault occurs, contact the customer service and inform them of the displayed fault code.
When there are multiple fault codes, the one with the highest priority will be displayed. In this case, rectify them one by one as prompted on the screen. And all the fault codes can be listed on 70mai Apps.
2. Troubleshooting
If any fault occurs while in use, you can perform troubleshooting according to the following table. If the fault persists after the corresponding measure has been taken, contact the customer service or local distributor.
Fault Code | Fault Message | Troubleshooting |
E01 | Communication failure | Turn off and restart the product |
E02 | Communication failure | Turn off the product and quickly press the function key 5 times to restore the factory settings |
E03 | Low battery capacity | Please charge in time to replenish the battery |
E04 | Discharge overtemperature protection | Please wait for the product to return to normal temperature (less than 40°C, it is recommended to keep it for more than 2 hours), turn off and restart the product |
E05 | Discharge low temperature protection | Please place the product in an environment with a temperature above -5°C for more than 2 hours, turn off and restart the product |
E06 | Charging low temperature protection | Please place the product in an environment with a temperature above 8°C for more than 2 hours, turn off and restart the product |
E07 | Charging over temperature protection | Please wait for the product to return to normal temperature (less than 40°C, it is recommended to keep it for more than 2 hours), turn off and restart the product |
E08 | DC charging input under voltage protection | Please check or replace a suitable charging input power source (such as an adapter) to ensure that the charging input voltage is within the range of (12~24V), and reinsert the charging cable |
E09 | DC charging input over voltage protection | Please stop charging, check or replace a suitable charging input power source (such as an adapter) to ensure that the charging input voltage is within the range of (12~24V), and reinsert the charging cable |
E10 | DC charging input over voltage protection | Please stop charging, check or replace a suitable charging input power source (such as an adapter) to ensure that the charging input voltage is within the range of (12~24V), and reinsert the charging cable |
E11 | DC charging input under voltage protection | Please check or replace a suitable charging input power source (such as an adapter) to ensure that the charging input voltage is within the range of (12~24V), and reinsert the charging cable |
E12 | AC Overtemperature Protection | Please wait for the product to return to normal temperature (it is recommended to wait for more than 1 hour), turn off and restart the product before turning on AC output |
E13 | AC output overload protection | Please remove the AC port load device, turn off and restart the product before turning on AC output |
E14 | DC or cigarette lighter output protection | Please remove the load device on the DC 5521 port or cigarette lighter socket, turn off and restart the product before turning on DC output |
E15 | Type-C output protection | Please remove the Type-C port load device, turn off and restart the product before inserting Type-C for use |
E16 | USB QC output protection | Please remove the USB port load device, turn off and restart the product before inserting USB for use |
E17 | USB 2 output protection | Please remove the USB port load device, turn off and restart the product before inserting USB for use |
E18 | USB 3 output protection | Please remove the USB port load device, turn off and restart the product before inserting USB for use |
