Indicator description
- Solid green: 4G module is successfully connected with the Internet and can be used normally.
- Solid blue: 4G module is updating the firmware.
If the indicator blinks, the 4G module is in abnormality status.
1. Blinking red: 4G module cannot station successfully in the operator’s network.
Solutions:
- Ensure that the SIM card is properly inserted into 4G module.
- Ensure that the SIM card data package is valid and that the remaining balance is not zero.
- Ensure that the 4G signal coverage of the operator is available at the vehicle location.
2. Blinking green: 4G module cannot establish communication connection with 70mai cloud properly.
Solutions:
- Ensure that the SIM card data package is valid and that the remaining balance is not zero.
- Ensure a good 4G signal is available from the operator at the vehicle location.
- Ensure that 4G module and dash cam are well connected and both are properly powered up and working.
