Functions

This product is designed as an accessory and needs to be used together with the 70mai rearview dash cams (hereinafter referred to as the “main device”).
Once correctly installed and connected with the main device, the backup camera can capture images from the rear of the vehicle and transmit them to the main device for displaying the backup image and storing the images from the rear of the vehicle.

Usage

• The backup camera is powered by the main device. It automatically turns on when the main device is turned on, and turns off when the main device is shut down or goes into sleep mode. However, please note that the backup camera can only be powered when the main device receives external power supply.
• The images captured by the backup camera are stored automatically in the memory card of the main device. When the storage limit is reached for the memory card, the oldest images will be overwritten by the latest ones and deleted in turn cyclically.
• When the backup camera is correctly installed and the connection is in normal state, the screen of the main device will display the backup image when the car is shifted to reverse gear, and will return to the previous interface when the car is shifted out of reverse gear.
