Fault type	Solution
The main device does not display image from the backup camera.	1. Ensure that the power connector is correctly inserted into the AV/IN port of the main device and pressed all the way down.
	2. Check the main device‘s screen. If it is in the single channel display mode and displays the front camera image, switch to the backup camera image. Alternatively, you can switch to any other mode that displays both front and backup camera images simultaneously.
	3. If the above operations cannot solve the problem, please contact customer service personnel.
Backup image is not shown when reversing.	1. Ensure that the red wire from the backup signal wire is correctly connected to the positive pole of the car ’s reverse light power cable.
	2. If the connection is correct but the backup image is not shown, please contact customer service personnel.
Backup image is shown, but it crashes or exits the screen.	If the car remains in reverse gear but the reverse camera image crashes or exits, please contact customer service personnel.
Backup image displayed on the screen is blurry.	1. Ensure that the protective film on the backup camera has been removed.
	2. On rainy days or during winter, the water vapor on the backup camera may make the backup image unclear. Please wipe off the water vapor on the backup camera with a paper towel.
