Viewing album in the dash cam

1. Press the function button below the icon  to enter Album.
2. Press the function button to open the video folder named after the video type. To replay the standard (normal) videos, open the All video folder.
3. Press the function button to select video and replay.
4. If there is a rear recording video captured at the same time, you can switch between front and rear camera videos by clicking the function button below the icon  on the video playback interface.
5. Select and view photo in the Photo folder.

Viewing album in the 70mai app

1. Open the 70mai app, connect the dash cam and enter the dash cam homepage.
2. Tap icon  to enter Album.
3. View the recorded videos in Timeline or Categories.
4. View photo in Categories > Photo folder.

• Timeline: Video types are distinguished by color in the timeline bar. Drag the timeline to the video clip you would like to view, and then the video will replay automatically once the buffer is completed.

If there is a rear recording video captured at the same time, tap the icon  on the screen to switch between front and rear camera videos. Note that when the video plays back in full screen, the icon  will disappear.

• Categories: All the recorded front and rear videos are saved in the All videos folder. If you want to view videos recorded by the front camera, tap Main camera and tap the video thumbnail to replay. If you want to view videos recorded by the external camera, tap Extended camera.

Emergency video, parking surveillance video and time-lapse videos have separate folders. Open the folder, select the camera and select the video to replay.

Deleting videos/photos

• • Go to Album in the dash cam, select video or photo and press the function button below icon  to delete.
  • Go to Album > Categories in the dash cam homepage in the app, open the video or photo folder, select the video and delete.
  • Delete photo in the Photo folder in the dash cam or the 70mai app.

Note: When deleting one front camera video, the simultaneous backup camera video will also be deleted.

Downloading videos/photos

Download the videos/photos in the Album in the dash cam’s homepage.

When replaying the videos in the album, tap Download or Download videos. Download photos in the Photo folder in Categories.

Downloaded videos and photos are saved in your phone’s album. You can view them in your phone’s album or in Local album in the 70mai app.

Note: When downloading one front camera video, the simultaneous backup camera video wouldn’t be downloaded automatically. Please download separately.

Sharing videos/photos

1. Open the 70mai app and tap icon  on the left upper corner.
2. Tap Local album. Select photo or video and then tap Share.

RS effect

During the operation, dash cam records videos and saves the vehicle’s driving status as well as the road conditions. Those data can be visualized and overlaid on the recorded video image, called RS effect. When you replay videos, tap RS and the data will overlay on the video image.

RS effects icon explanation

❶. Date and time
❷. A rapid acceleration event is identified and the event time displays on the left.
❸. Driving direction
❹. Acceleration indicator
❺. Current speed. If the speed exceeds 120km/h, the circle and value turn red.
❻. Altitude
