No image on the backup cameraPlease identify whether the backup camera is inserted into the AV/IN port of the 70mai in-car product correctly and press it to the bottom.
Please identify whether the screen with current image is front-recorded for the main device. If so, switch to the rear-recorded screen manually in order to see the image from the backup camera.
If there is still no image while the above operations are correct, please contact the after-sales customer service.
No screen with backup image is shown during backupPlease identify whether the power cord of the backup light is connected when the backup camera is installed. If the power cord of the backup light is not connected, the signal for switching backup screen cannot be emitted to the main device by the backup camera when the car is put in reverse gear. In such case, reinstall the backup camera and connect its backup signal wire with the power cord of the backup light.
If all the above operations are correct while the screen with backup image still cannot be entered, please contact the after-sales customer service.
The screen with backup image flashes back after it is enteredIf the vehicle does not exit the reverse gear, but the screen with backup image flashes back, please contact the after-sales customer service.
The screen with backup image is blurredPlease identify whether the protective film is removed from the backup camera. If not, please tear off the protective film and continue the use.
In rainy days or winter, the water vapor on the backup camera may make the screen with backup image unclear. Please wipe off the water vapor on the backup camera with a paper towel.
